Can I cancel my order? Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order and before production begins.
When are refunds eligible?Refunds are issued for cancellations within the allowed window, or when a product is confirmed defective or damaged on arrival.
What if my NFC card arrives damaged?Share photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will validate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Do you replace defective cards?Yes. Verified manufacturing defects qualify for free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Are digital services refundable?Once a profile is provisioned or custom design work begins, digital services are not refundable.
How long do refunds take? Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Which items are non-refundable?Customized NFC cards may not be refundable once production begins. Bulk orders and special promotional bundles are also non-refundable.
